Healthwise Taurineis 100% pure pharmaceutical grade amino acid powder. Taurine is an organic free amino acid found in high concentrations in the tissues of the heart, skeletal muscle and central nervous system of healthy individuals.

Animal protein is an excellent source of Taurine however it is not generally found in vegetable protein, making this an ideal supplement for vegetarians.
