Directions For Use

HydroEAA is a super versatile hydration & amino acid formula, designed to meet the demands of those training at an elite level in any sporting discipline. Set goals, crush them. Packed with electrolytes, osmolytes and EAAs, HydroEAA can be utilised any time of the day for optimal hydration, performance and recovery. Our favourite times to use HydroEAA are upon waking and intra workout. We recommend mixing one rounded scoop (18g) with 400-500ml of water.

Essential Amino Acid Blend (L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-lsoleucine, L-Valine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Taurine, Pink Himalayan Salt, CocoMineral (Coconut Water Powder), Aquamin MG (Marine Minerals supplying min 10% naturally derived Magnesium Citrate) Aquamin F (Marine Algae supplying min 32% naturally derived Calcium), Flavouring, Potassium Citrate, Colouring (Red Beetroot Powder), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose), AstraGin (Astragalus Membranaceus and Panax Notoginseng).
