Why is there a bird on the package?

Colombia has the world’s most bird species and about 20% of the world’s birds. Our coffee is grown in shaded, high-altitude areas where you can see birds while enjoying the stunning views. Birds are part of the coffee growing process – nibbling, digesting and planting more coffee trees.
