Directions for use

Mix two scoops (45g) in 500-700ml of water and aim to drink half over the first half of your session, then top up with fresh water to 500-700ml and finish over the second half of your session.

If competing, take the same approach but drink half on the lead up to your first match and then top up and sip between rounds. Do not exceed two full servings a day.
