A common observation is the product may clump. This is perfectly normal given the ingredients are hygroscopic (absorb moisture from the air) so it is advised to keep the product in a dry environment away from humidity and heat. During hot periods, storing in colder temperatures such as a fridge will help to offset this.

The product is also subject to a colour change. D-Ribose is what is known as a reducing sugar which can react resulting in the white powder slowly changing to a yellow-offset colour. This does not effect the quality of the product.
