Directions for use: Training days:Take one servings (6g /4 capsules) of SupportMAX Joint with 1 capsule of Levagen away from your training window. For example, if you train in the evening consume SupportMax Joint in the morning or vice-versa.

Non-training days:Take one serving (6g / 4 capsules) of SupportMAX Joint with 1 capsule of Levagen at any time that is convenient to you.
